She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and brings over 3+ years of professional experience from reputed MNC organizations, where she developed strong skills in administration, coordination, communication, and client relationship management.
With her professional background and commitment towards patient service, she joined Kshemaa Prosthetics & Orthotics as an Administrative Executive and has since become an integral part of the organization.
Recognizing her dedication, leadership qualities, and exceptional patient handling skills, she was promoted to the position of Senior Administrative & Patient Care Coordinator. She plays a vital role in managing front office operations, patient coordination, appointment scheduling, administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, clinicians, and the rehabilitation team.

Nithya holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and brings over 3+ years of professional experience from reputed MNC organizations, where she worked as a Service Support Executive. Her experience has helped her develop strong communication, coordination, customer relationship management, and patient support skills.
She joined Kshemaa Prosthetics & Orthotics in 2024 and has since become an important part of the patient support and coordination team. With her positive approach, dedication, and professional communication skills, she plays a key role in assisting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and ensuring a smooth patient experience at the center.
